Service regulations

The following terms and conditions constitute the Agreement governing the use of the Game Server, Website, and Forum. By registering an account on any of these platforms, you agree to abide by this Agreement.

§I. General Provisions

1. Registering an Account on the Game Server, Website, or Forum signifies your acceptance of this Agreement and the Terms of Use.

2. Each User is responsible for securing their login credentials and must not share them with others. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

3. This Agreement is subject to change. Any changes will be announced on the Website or Forum.

4. The Service Owner is obligated to inform Users about any changes in this Agreement or the Terms of Use by posting on the Website or Forum, no less than 7 days before implementing the changes.

§II. Provisions Regarding the Administrator

1. The Administrator, who is also the Owner of the Game Server, Website, and Community Forum, is the sole proprietor of all assets accumulated on these platforms.

2. The Administrator has the right to suspend a User’s Account under the conditions specified in this Agreement or the Terms of Use.

3. The Administrator has the right to remove a User who acts against the interests of the Game Server, Website, or Forum, after prior clarification.

4. The Administrator is obligated to suspend the account of any User who violates the rules set forth in this Agreement or the Terms of Use.

5. The Administrator is not responsible for unauthorized access to a User's Account but will take appropriate measures to minimize the risk of such incidents.

6. The Administrator is not responsible for transactions made without his presence but may take actions to verify them.

7. In case of fraud detected during transactions within the Game Server, the Administrator has the right to suspend the offending User’s Account.

8. In situations not covered by this Agreement or the Terms of Use, the decision will be made by the Administrator.

9. The Administrator reserves the right to act based on available evidence and is not obligated to present it to the User.

10. Usage of the Game Server, Website, and Forum is free of charge.

11. The Administrator reserves the right to terminate the Game Server, Website, and Forum, with a 7-day notice period.

12. The Administrator is not responsible for the content posted by Users but reserves the right to moderate it.

13. The Administrator has up to 7 working days to review appeals or reports made by Users on the Forum.

§III. User Provisions

1. Users registering an Account on the Game Server, Website, or Forum are fully responsible for activities conducted through that Account.

2. The owner of the Account is the individual who has access to the email address provided during the registration process.

3. Ignorance of the Agreement does not exempt Users from the obligation to comply with it.

4. Users are obliged to follow the instructions of the Administration.

5. The username must adhere to netiquette and must not violate the rights of others.

6. Users are required to provide accurate information (email address) during registration. The Administrator may verify this information.

7. Users are obligated to inform the Administrator of any errors. Failing to report an error is considered a lack of cooperation with the Administration.

8. Users are required to respond to any message from the Administrator as soon as possible.

9. Users are not allowed to tamper with software provided by the Administrator.

10. Users are prohibited from publishing content that violates the law or is copyrighted.

11. Users are required to follow the principles of netiquette and good manners.

12. Users are required to use appropriate language.

13. Users are required to maintain personal decorum in conversations with the Administration.

14. Users are responsible for securing their login information. The Administrator is not responsible for unauthorized access to Accounts.

15. Transactions conducted without the presence of the Administrator are at the User's own risk.

16. Users have the right to request the deletion of their Account.

§IV. Penalties and Limitations

1. The Administrator has the right to suspend a User's Account, the ability to send messages, use chat, or register a new Account.

2. The duration of the penalty is determined by the Administrator who imposed it.

3. Users do not have the right to negotiate imposed penalties.

4. Attempts to negotiate a penalty may result in its intensification.

§V. Appeals

1. Users have the right to appeal only against account suspension.

2. Appeals must be made within 7 working days from the imposition of the penalty.

3. To appeal, the User must send a written appeal to the Administrator on the Forum.

4. Appeals are reviewed by the Administrator who imposed the penalty.

§VI. Terms of Use

1. Insulting other Users is prohibited.

2. Advertising other servers, services, or portals is prohibited.

3. Sharing personal information of other Users is prohibited.

4. Publishing content that demoralizes children and adolescents is prohibited.

5. Publishing content that incites violence, hatred, or contains offensive material is prohibited.

6. Impersonating the Administrator is prohibited.

7. Falsely accusing others is prohibited.

8. Using obscene, vulgar, or discriminatory names is prohibited.

9. Trading and inter-server exchanges are prohibited, except in the designated Trading section on the Forum.

10. Trading items, characters, and accounts for real money is prohibited, except in the designated Trading section on the Forum.

11. Trading in-game currency for real money is prohibited.

12. Botting or tampering with the Game Client files is prohibited.

13. Using software to capture User data is prohibited.

14. Using cheats, hacks, or other aids is prohibited.

15. Modifying software provided by the Administration is prohibited.

16. Extorting material benefits from other Users is prohibited.

§VII. VIP Accounts and Item Shop

• VIP Account: Account status in the Player Panel.

• Item Shop: Store for items for Users.

• Dragon Coins: Currency for use in the Item Shop.

• Dragon Tokens: Bonus points when purchasing in the Item Shop.

1. Users can support the service through the voluntary purchase of Dragon Coins.

2. Various items and bonuses can be purchased in the Item Shop using Dragon Coins.

3. The use of the Item Shop is voluntary.

4. The Administrator is not responsible for issues related to the purchase of Dragon Coins.

5. In the event of server closure or account suspension, the Administrator is not obligated to refund any purchased services.

6. Payments for Dragon Coins are processed by external payment services such as PayPal, e-Payouts, Stripe, Revolut, Cashbill and CoinPayment. The Administrator is not responsible for any issues, delays, or errors that may occur during the payment process. Users are required to familiarize themselves with the terms and privacy policies of these external payment services.

7. By purchasing Dragon Coins, the User expressly agrees that this transaction pertains to the delivery of digital content not contained on a tangible medium, which according to applicable law, excludes the possibility of withdrawal from the agreement and the return of purchased Dragon Coins. The User commits to paying the full price for the purchased Dragon Coins and acknowledges that there is no right to a refund after the initiation of the service.

§VIII. Technical Support

1. Reporting Issues: Users can report technical issues related to the Game Server, Website, or Forum through the Ticket System or by sending an email to tmpmt2service@gmail.com.

2. Response Time: The Administrator commits to responding to reports within 48 hours of their receipt, although in some cases it may take longer.

3. Issue Resolution: Technical support will strive to resolve reported issues in the shortest possible time to ensure uninterrupted gaming experience.
